Making Home Affordable Program
Please refer to www.makinghomeaffordable.com.  This user-friendly site will answer all questions you may have regarding the program--you can even use the site to find out if your loan is owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Assets for Independence (AFI) Program
RDAC has joined the statewide effort at NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) and will participate in the AFI program which provides matched-savings for down-payment assistance for income-eligible first-time home buyers.  Applications for grants up to $7,500 are available.
