homeowner plan aims to avoid foreclosures" - Times Herald Record Assets
for Independence (AFI) Program RDAC has joined the statewide effort
at
NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) and will
participate in the AFI
program which provides matched-savings for down-payment assistance for
income-eligible first-time home
buyers. Applications for grants up to $7,500 are available.
