Programs: AHC

Program Summary
RDAC administers New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC) funds under the new construction and acquisition rehabilitation models.  This facilicates purchases of new homes and the rehabilitation or improvement of resale homes for low and moderate income families throughout Orange County.

Eligible Customers
The incomes of households receiving assistance must not exceed 80 percent of the area median.
