Programs: HOME

Program Summary
RDAC is a Local Program Administrator that utilizes and administers HOME funds from New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal to provide home purchase financing assistance to lower and moderate income home purchasers.

Eligible Customers
The incomes of households receiving assistance must not exceed 80 percent of the area median. HOME income limits are published each year by HUD.
